Shipping costs may apply to prints and other products, where applicable. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or covered by free shipping.

2. Shipping Methods

Original artworks are shipped via DHL Express or another suitable shipping provider agreed upon with the buyer.

The shipping method is selected to ensure that each artwork can be transported as safely and reliably as possible.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, and customs clearance procedures. Any delivery estimates provided are for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping Address

The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. Please ensure that your name, street address, house number, postal code, city, country, and any other required delivery details are correct.

The buyer should contact us as soon as possible if any address information needs to be corrected after placing an order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address may no longer be possible.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may apply where legally permissible.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country must be paid by the buyer. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside the seller's control.
